Account and Data Deletion

Effective date: 2 August 2026

1. Who This Applies To

This page applies to the Mr. RE app and the RE-SURE Academy platform, operated by RE-SURE Academy (PTY) LTD.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email info@re-sureacademy.co.za from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", including your full name and registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.

3. What Is Deleted

The following will be deleted: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, password, course progress, quiz results, and mock exam history.

4. What May Be Retained

The following may be retained as required by South African tax and consumer protection law: invoice and payment records, which we are required to keep for accounting and SARS compliance purposes.
